Fireworks are always enjoyable for me, and I love capturing them to share with you! This year, I decided to put the drone up and get a different perspective.
When we got to Olcott Beach, my first priority was to find a good spot to be able to launch. Once we found a good spot, the next step was to sit and enjoy the afternoon with friends.
We were treated to a fantastic sunset over Lake Ontario!
There was some clouds, but once the sun broke through the clouds, it was quite amazing! I put the drone up to capture the sunset and what a sunset it was! One of the best I have seen!
By now the area was really starting to fill in and everyone was anticipating a great fireworks show! Just before it got dark, I double checked the airspace and attached my strobes to the drone. Once the fireworks started, put the drone up and here is the result:
